Maaann...

The mere thought of experiencing that again makes me want to hit my head on a wall.

If you ever have a kid, nettle and red raspberry tea thru your pregnancy will get your uterus right for labor.

On the upside, after your uterus experiences labor, it's a good chnace your menstrual cramps will totally disappear thereafter.
Muscle relaxers, gas-x, and zzzquil for me.

I also heard sex and childbirth would take care of cramping. They don't, and didn't for me. Each woman is different, more power to those for whom it works.
:yeshrug:

God bless the woman who experiences migraines on top.

Diet changes, vitamin supplements, probiotics, remedies to take care of gassiness, relaxants, sleep make my life easier.

What's in nettle and raspberry tea?

Man, woman, and child
Raava is correct. Every woman is different.

Her drama was real. She needed FMLA to deal with it, not to be told to suck it up.

I was suicidal because the pain was so great. Menopause couldn't come soon enough. It was my first lesson in doctors don't know shyt, and men have no idea what pain actually is.
Nah it was becuz she was drama personified and had nothing to do with that. People shouldn’t bring their personal lives into the workplace

Sorry to hear they didn't work for you; I guess you're right in that every woman is different.

Sleep would make my life significantly easier, my mind exceptionally clearer and my temper dramatically lower and slower to fire. Seems my opportunities for quality sleep went away once the kids came. I can't believe I used to actually sleep 8 hours continuously through the night
:mjcry:

Nettle is a good source of iron, and red raspberry helps tone the uterus to give you more effective contractions.

My arm was broke in a bad car accident. Once the shock wore off, the pain still didn't compare to my period cramps. I've passed out 2 times from how painful they were. I've been in incredible pain and still have gone to work, exercised, school, etc. It leaves you exhausted. My mood is less affected, moreso a major nerfing to my energy levels.

:picard: You poor thing. Thankfully mines aren't so bad. I usually only have any sort of pain the first day and after that I feel great. That first day I am pretty much useless and it is very uncomfortable to do anything but lay down. I am glad I work from home. There is no way I would be able to work the first day.

I envy you being able to work from home:salute:! I start feeling like myself again on the 3rd day. I'm typically over on the 4th. It didn't used to be so bad when I was in the gym more.

Women’s pain tolerance are so much higher than men.

But I guess being pain every month for most of your life will tufffen you up.

Better leave that fruit on the tree alone next time:ufdup::mjpls:
