If a hiring manager say "best of luck to you..." after an interview

Just told this one lady that today

On a panel interview (interviewing across like 3-5 people) no. I've heard this before and gotten an offer.

I would rather the person interviewing me to tell me straight up you're not getting the job then say something like we'll be in touch.

One job did tell me we're not going to hire you after the interview was over and I asked them straight up if I had a chance. It was two black folks, a man and a woman that were interviewing me.

They'll definitely offer at that cuz you'll show you're a real go getter kinda guy.

Make you wait to realize you didn't get nothing so it's too long to reflect on the interview.

nah I'm not that savage. Quiet as kept, she may get the job as she's a temp already. Some folks just don't interview well
