At that point in Earth's history these rocks made up the soft bottom sediments of a large, shallow ocean, which stretched across much of North America. Cladoselache was only about 1 metre (3.3 ft) long with stiff triangular fins and slender jaws.[10] Its teeth had several pointed cusps, which wore down from use. From the small number of teeth found together, it is most likely that Cladoselache did not replace its teeth as regularly as modern sharks. go outside right now and step on a spider, see how easy that is? no go get a cat and step on it's leg, noticed how you had to use a lot more pressure to break the cat's leg? That's because bones are harder than exoskeletons, when a spider dies and goes underground the weight of the dirt is too much for the exoskeleton so it disintegrates so nothing is there, this is why it's impossible for a spider to have a fossil, your story doesnt add up

and how do they know that the fossils are that old? Carbon dating is unreliable for fossils, this is an established FACT! That 350 million year old fossil could really only be 56 years old.
