And even then, when a legit grappler of even a high school wrestling level gets their hands on you, it's over buckaroo, going for their eyes will just get you choked unconscious from both the front and back. you gotta be fighting grips with your hands none of that puss ah female self defense shyt that rarely works. I dont think understand the magnitude of a nikka grabbing you in a fight. You can get slammed on the top of head injuring your neck which can paralyze or even kill you, slammed back of your head, the nikka could get on top of you and do whatever. The issue with doing eye pulls or ball stomps is that if your opponent has friends; all that sht is on the table for them , to you .
I know it's strange comparison, but think of it like nukes. Lots of countries have them , and they would easily end a conflict ; but retaliation from all the other nuclear powers makes them useless. Gouging eyeballs or ball stomping works the same way in a fight.
