Yeah obviously they won't keep all the fat there but if most of it went into those areas as opposed to the stomach or face then they should keep some of it when they lose weight.

Definitely fake for most women unless they're into powerlifting (squats, deadlifts etc.).
I've seen quite a few pawgs at the gym. Usually smaller framed with "ok" hips and an above average "black girl booty." Most white girls that workout will have thicker thighs, small to average chest and some semblance of booty. When a woman has a thick hourglass with a larger chest, wide hips, big booty and NO belly fat.........that's like a 6'2" 330 lb dude with a 6-pack and 10% body fat. Sure it CAN happen, but most likely something extra is going on.
