Depends on how it is phrased.

When people style things as a journey, I have a tendency to recoil. It is the sort of thing people say when trying to distance themselves from hurt they've caused others.

If someone mentions that they had to work through mental health problems or are still working through them, I'm more receptive. At some point in life, most people will deal with some form of mental illness.

Nah. A lot of us have a mental health journey. If she's going to therapy and working through her issues she probably better off than your average woman with issues that they haven't even begun to deal with.
I dated a bytch that went to therapy. One day she decided to take out some aggression on my 87 grand national all because I said Brandy's music was better than Monica's. In her mind she thought I was conciously saying I would rather be with a bougie chick than a hood chick :why:. I never thought that but after that day, best believed my dating preference changed. My car never did nothing to you you funky bytch :mjcry:
