Have you watch the video? Every men would have reacted the way he did. And it wasn't like he was in a ratchet spot. I called him an idiot when I heard the news. But I changed my opinion after watching the video. It had nothing to do with him being in the wrong place at the wrong time. What happen to Pac Man in that video, could have happen to anyone.

I wouldn't be surprise if the Judge drop the charges.
