Here's the problem with all this "Jokic can initiate the offense from up top and on the perimeter like a PG" bullshyt @Gil Scott-Heroin busts nuts in his pants over...if you want to bring your lumbering 5 out to the perimeter and act like he's a PG then OKC is like "cool, we'll guard him like one"...:yeshrug:

Now you got your big ass center trying to be Magic getting clamps put on him a million feet away from where his ass SHOULD be.

Gil and JJ should sip wine together...two brilliant basketball minds.

You didn't even watch the game.

They were shadowing Jokic with multiple defenders, because they knew nobody besides Murray was any threat. Every time that Jokic went to the mid/low posts, they'd just send multiple bodies towards him. This isn't the 90s with the illegal defense rule where he could just play 1v1 with no help defenders in his vicinity.

Jokic scored 20 points in this Game 7 and even if he would have scored 50 points, the Nuggets would have lost the game.

But typical coli idiots cannot grasp the concept that basketball is a team game despite how much they obsess over it.

You guys just wanna shyt on anything and anyone and run narratives for daps and LOLs.

Nicca the run they went on to end the 1st half included a ball denial where Jokic was up top getting plucked by Williams... :deadrose:

I watched the WHOLE game... :skip:

You can try to sugar coat this if you want but, his individual play was poor. He had legit iso's vs Caruso in the post and did 0. They schemed him out of the game after seeing that coverage MULTIPLE times this series.

How many ISOs were on Caruso without any help?

They sold out on not defending AG and MPJ, also leaving Braun open. They just centered their scheme around not allowing Jokic to move whenever he got the ball, because if/when he did, he'd be met with a help defender (wherever he turned).

Y'all act like it was just Jokic vs. Caruso while everyone else was on their matchup.

Shaq was the most fouled player in the history of the league, so much that the damn Commissioner basically told him "oh well. Deal with it."

Yet a little grabbing from 6-4 Alex Caruso had that boy ready to crash out on the refs:wow:
He didn't crash out enough imo. He should have made it a spectacle.
