Biden had a golden opportunity to repay black men and women the favor for decades of unwavering support for the Democratic Party, a chance to make the grandest gesture of good will the black community has received from a President in our lifetime. Student loan debt disproportionately burdens black America, affecting its net worth in a way that is unique and unfelt by any other group in this country; black Americans shoulder a higher percentage of student debt than white Americans, affecting black families’ net worth more than that of white families.

In a Presidency filled with executive orders issued in support of various non-black interest groups, for whom presidential support of congressional action has also been given, it’s reprehensible that Biden refused to avail himself of this moment to reward the one group who put him in office and gave him a Senate majority to work with.

He wrote in Pell grant forgiveness as extra. It was a slick way to help those who need it more. Black people are disproportionately more likely to have gotten a pell grant. I think the Pell grant forgiveness should've been more. But 10-20k is a lot better than what we've gotten before.

Be a c00n, brehs.

$50k worth of relief would disproportionately benefit cacs and Asians that already make significantly more than the rest of the population. It’d be the biggest transfer of wealth in US history.

You’d literally be taking money from janitors and the lower tier working class to wipe the debts of the highest earners in society (doctors, engineers, lawyers etc.).

It’s still fukk Biden all day, but you better be happy with that $10k. You shouldn’t even be getting that. PAY YOUR fukkING DEBTS.

I can prefer the open racism of Trump to the covert intersectionalist ethnic cleansing of Biden and still be pro-black. You’re not very intelligent.

:francis:
I’ll gladly take Trump over Biden. :hubie:
:mjlol: at people thinking doddering Joe Biden stands a chance against Trump.

:patrice:

this nikka tried pushing anti biden/pro right wing extremist rhetoric in a thread...and when he received overwhelming opposition he changed his tune....

Biden is out of control. What’s going on in America? Is this what y’all Democrat bootlickers voted for?

:why:
And when those same jack booted stormtroopers are kicking down the doors of black people, will you be just as supportive?

:sas2:
So, two wrongs make a right? Is that really the attitude that you wish to foster among our people? Do we really want throw our backing behind authoritarian tactics in a country that has historically oppressed us, simply because those forces are presently arrayed against Trump loyalists?

:jbhmm:
I’m just joking, breh. I don’t give a fukk about any boot put on the neck of a Proud Boy.

:pachaha:

he makes calculated posts to subtly push anti left sentiment... and when its accidently too blatent and gets rejected he softens his stance to maintain his persona....

shyt is adding up

EDIT: just quoting OP for the record... making sure he cant delete
