Remember that her opponent effectively attempted genocide on the black population in GA when he recognized COVID-19 was hitting harder in these densely populated black areas, he went against the CDC suggestions and pulled mask requirements, pulled social distancing requirements, and was lax on vaccination. You can not tell me he didn't realize the black population was dying the most when in fukking West Virginia, and many other red states, their governors were begging white people to get the shot because they were losing voters.

Yes, and that was in the past. Things change, people get riled up and want to participate more. There is no certainties in politics of this nature.

Also, it is not an alternative universe. Did Hillary not have the election in the Bag with all of the polls giving her +10% over Trump? What happened with that? You assuming that White people can not decide to participate, or that other ethnic groups can not change their participation rates is naïve at best.

I don't even know what to make of your quick willingness to accept the narrative that her loss will be the fault of Black men in Georgia not supporting her. I have no clue how you would think that is the main determiner of her success, when there are so many other variables in place that have an effect on the election.

How about instead of brow beating those brothers down there, they actually offer policies that will get those brothers excited to get out and vote? How about they look within themselves and figure out why they have such low participation rates among the electorate, instead of just trying to nag Black men into voting for them?

You’re skirting around the main issue here and trying to confuse the conversation. Hilary lost because she was a bad candidate with not enough turnout overall, much less in the black male demographic.

Stacey Abrams has a loyal base that WILL turn out for her especially in Metro ATL. Kemp is a pseudo Trump republican who basically will run on his asinine policies of guns for all and racism. We know who is voting for him, the x-factor in this race is and has always been black participation and turnout. That’s a fact and no amount of juelzing about reality will change that.

I can appreciate the point about things changing every election but they don’t change that much and especially not in Georgia right now. It’s ridiculous to suggest we treat black people like they have to have their feelings kept in tact in the event she loses. What policies that she isn’t running on already will get black males to come out btw? The assertion that blacks don’t have enough to gain in this already via her policies already is laughable, much more so when you compare them to what Kemp is offering.

Democrats lose battles in swing states because of the working class white vote. They don't come out blaming them, they strategize and try to build support with that base for the next go round. Same with Hispanics in south Florida.

Exactly! We are the demographic that is easy to lay the blame on, so they do. They find ways to blame the small percentage of Black men instead of the far larger percentage of White women too.

I agree....but it's not just black men. The vote is won in the underclass ALWAYS. And most of that vote is black women and white people. She's got to split the difference of white suburban/low-income people and win black people's vote.
