That's actually not true at all. You can usually tell a mixed person just by looking at them. The problem is a lot of you dudes classify mixed people as black. So what a black person looks like to you is skewed. You focus on the black features and ignore the other features the mixed person got from the other race.

There are countries where the majority of the population and majority of political leaders are black, for example, Jamaica.
So, I've never been to those countries. I don't know how whites are treated by the local people.
He's black because the gene is dominate. He hair texture is 9 ether only negroids have this hair texture nobody else.
People India are darker than most africans, certainly a lot of african americans, but they are not black, they are Indian their hair texture is between 7 and 8 ether.
There are some Indian who look African until you see their hair.
