1. funding for title 1 schools as it will maximise parental involvement in high minority, high poverty schools.

And

2. Continued prison reform to address disproportionate incarceration rates.

No, blacks don't get anything from dems but blacks could lose a lot more if the republicans gain more power. I mean, the proof of this is right of front of you. Look at what just happened in states like GA and FLA where the republicans were openly discriminating against blacks. Look at how the Supreme Court just made it easier for republicans to rig the system to maintain power in states where they're losing the majority.
