Japan are one of the most ethnocentric and nationalist people, they tolerate black people because black people are only a tiny part of the population. If black population in Japan was the same proportion like here, the Japanese would have been far less tolerant. Ask the Chinese and the Koreans how Japanese treat them back in the 40s-50s, they'll tell you, it was a fukking genocide in these countries, guess who save them, the white man as always, otherwise they would have been exterminated by the Japanese.
