The only thing stopping him from becoming an all time great is a good heel run and a great heel turn. Look at all the other all time greats, they all had heel and face turns, different characters/gimmicks, regularly mixed up their characters etc etc.

Me and my friend were talking about it the other day when talking about Jericho, think how much he keeps reinventing himself and mixing up his character... whereas Cena has been the exact same for 12 years
