Jobs are out there just don't nobody wanna pay a decent wage .after seeing what the big 3 and ups got it's gonna be an issue for the lower tier workers. They gonna wanna a cut too.
Thats only 0.5 of the problem.
You have companies posting jobs that legit don't even exist among other issues.
Of course. There’s multiple answers to the question. I was speaking from experience in my own industry who’s struggling to fill roles.
We need engineers in my current industry but can't fill those roles quickly enough.
