And he's looking at lower level schools (not even Big Ten school) now. Plus he was a 4 star on one recruiting site, everybody else had him as a 3 star. Then Lonnie Johnson told the OSU staff he was taking officials to Missouri, Illinois and Kentucky and Urban flipped the script and told him he couldn't go.

247Sports learned that Johnson's decommitment was brought on because he wanted to visit other schools.

Ranked as the nation's 22 safety, Johnson was going to play receiver for Ohio State. Other offers include Cincinnati, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska, Purdue, South Florida and Western Michigan.

Johnson had been committed to Ohio State since May.

some inside source is direct proof huh? And if you know your history, you'd know that Urban doesn't have that rule when just last year Ezekiel Elliot was committed to us for months and still visited and had to decide on us or Mizzou on signing day. He wasn't told he couldn't do this.

Or how about Marcelys Jones being committed to OSU and still looking at Bama and other schools with his Glenville teammates? He wasn't told no.
