do you even know what a rico is? what element hasn't been proved to you? :mjlol:
So, there's a few items that are necessary for a RICO conviction.

RICO targets specific criminal activities, called "racketeering activity," which include offenses like fraud, bribery, money laundering, and extortion, among others. (At this point, the prosecution has maybe one testimony of bribery. I could be wrong, I'm really not following the case that closely. I just don't believe Diddy is extorting Cassie's mom for $20k.)

To be charged under RICO, an individual must engage in a pattern of racketeering activity, meaning they must commit at least two racketeering offenses within a certain period (generally 10 years). (Okay, so far 1....maybe)

If/When he becomes a free man, he has to disappear and hope people forget about him. Otherwise, he will be fighting lawsuits for the rest of his life.

The shiny suits done got dull but he can definitely rule the media circuit. That first interview after being released is one for the record books.
