Em is definitely a legend and an elite rapper. Easily in the top 20. I would put him in top 10, but he is not better than Rakim, Krs1, Nas, Pac, Kool G Rap, Slick Rick, Big Daddy Kane, Chuck D, Ice Cube, B.I.G., or Scarface.
