You need to sit down and think about what an open forum is before you try providing sparky advice.

When I have this conversation with people in the same boat as me, they are not foreign. I suppose in some situation they are, travel and what not, but for the most part it will be confined to people living in the UK because it is done in person. It is something that naturally occurs.

What you're trying to do is police conversation people take part in on an open forum which is asinine. Unless you create a board or chatroom with restrictions, you're not going to get what you want and it is idiotic to act as though it is some grand reveal when someone is not an African American. As it is an open forum, there is no guarantee.

If you feel that it is distracting you from making a difference, you're an idiot who needs to consider why she is trying to use a forum open to all nationalities to have an African American only conversation.

I can respect your want to have in-house conversations. I can understand not placing much value in the opinions of those you feel cannot relate to your struggle. What I can respect is crying about the responses being a distraction when it is on you to consider the implications of having topics on an... open forum.
