in terms of their appeal outside of amerikka they would have been an incredible success, especially in fashion. late 80s, early 90s was the time of ray petri and madonna gettin her shine. it was the era of Buffalo Boy. although chief keef and them r a little on the thin side, they embody the sexual masculinity but visually ambiguity that captures this philosophy.

this is a bunch of horse shyt, "old heads need educating" i lived and was actively listening to hip hop at that point, this type of shyt would have never seen the light of day because having lyrics and being an mc was more an earned title back then. chief keef wouldnt even attempt to rap like this in 92, the standard was different and much higher.
