If we're going to war then recruiting will be more aggressive, and it will be easier to join.
Nope, according to secdef Pete "Whiskey Leaks" Hegseth the military will no longer accept fat soldiers.

Good luck filling that quota in overweight amerikkka

I dont know anyone personally that even made it through rasp.

Knew a couple of dudes who made it through rasp, knew three dudes who got selected and finished Q course. I knew two guys who tried selection multiple times and failed. They were in shape, but either got peer’d out, didn’t think outside the box enough to solve problems, or weren’t social enough.

From what I’ve gathered they choose people with insane amounts of endurance, who think outside the box, but are naturally confidant and get along with people.

Everything I’ve been told about rasp was mostly endurance, discipline, and motivation, which makes sense because Rangers are all about applying the basics to an extreme intensity.

Usually a couple of years the standards get relaxed. I just saw that op couldn’t get in over a moral waiver in 2016. From 2006 to 2011 they would have been begging him to enlist.

I have.... A bad impression overall of special forces. Mainly because of this dikkwad of a Cac I had to deal with in Afghanistan.

But basically they specialize in Guerilla Warfare, hostage rescue, peacekeeping, and manhunts.

A lot of people have asked me if I ever killed someone in Afghanistan, the answer is no I did not, but had I been Special Forces the answer would've 99% been yes
Thats a real ass answer

Thank u for your service breh :salute:

I usually hear that Navy Seals are dikkheads while the special forces/green berets were mostly chill.

I don't know shyt about the military and wish I had joined when I was younger; missed the boat. First time I heard of green berets were in a Mobb Deep song. I've thought about becoming a PA (Physician Assistant; only takes 2 years) and joining after that. (there's no age limit for medical officers)

I can only go based off my experiences and granted this was 13 years ago. The special force squad I was attached to were royal a$$holes who delighted in causing chaos to everyone around them. I hated their guts.
