It's well known that black pilots have existed for literally damn near 100+ years. What yall don't seem to understand is to white people any black person in a "prestigious" position is there because of affirmative action and not because they worked hard. There's a reason why the overwhelming majority of people in high positions in Fortune 500 companies for example are white men and white women and they (other white people) don't have a problem with it (whites make up 95% of those positions despite being 60% of the population). One black CEO or vice president of a corporation and they lose their minds. 1 black CEO out of 500 positions... They simply want black people in subservient positions.

There's no point using reason or logic with people who believe in an irrational and illogical idea(white supremacy)

They get an emotional benefit from feeling superior, so if you introduce logic and facts into the picture they reject it because you're robbing them of the emotional catharsis of feeling superior to someone else.
