Maybe IT is different but I’m sure they hit nikkas with the tech interview
There’s plenty of YouTube videos with all the technical questions you’d be asked depending on the position. Also you guys would be surprised how little technical knowledge the management and the ppl interviewing you know about your position.

Na
I wouldn't work for free, tell them you're willing to work for an intern's salary for a probationary period.

This is a really interesting idea BTW, it's basically how I got into the industry.
Yeah a dude in 6 certs put me on

I’m pretty sure tech is the one field you shouldn’t lie

Why not? If you lying about shyt you can do and have talking points on, they will have no reason to suspect you lying. They will not do an investigation on your certs lol. If you put some shyt on your resume and they call you, they believed you. If they hire you after the interview, they believed you. If you need to produce a certificate or some shyt, just photoshop it. It will be a formality; they already believe you, they don’t suspect you are lying.

You lie about shyt you can do or can learn quickly. One thing about it, don’t even lie about shyt if you don’t have no confidence lol. Who smarter? Them or you? I always feel like me. Then if you wanna get more risky with it, that’s on you, but you can’t just play it all the way straight and come up like that. Typically that’s not how it works. Your path to success can be much quicker. Me personally, I’d tell them folks anything. Even if you fake a job, 9/10 the HR department will tell you to provide proof if they can’t verify it. That’s where your photoshop skills come in. Pro Tip: Get Adobe Acrobat Pro. It’s a great tool
