This. Just don’t put it on mls or advertise to the public. This would be so dope, especially in the ST Louis metro area. That I can think of I only know of one predominantly black upper middle class subdivision but it’s in a a city on the decline and the crime is getting worse. It sucks when we want something really nice in a good school district we have to move out there where we are the minority and by a lot.
