the truth is, that statement doesn't really mean much. just do it. fix your life and do it. cause if not, then it's like you're trying to show off like "I don't even write down lyrics' and your lyrics are mediocre. maybe you should write then.

In other words instead of saying "If I would sober up, I'd be a powerful man", maybe you should say "Maybe i should sober up" or even better, "I will sober up" and then do it.
