You absolutely should have a State ID but that’s different than needing one

For example my DL in Virginia is expiring and I want to get one in DC. They’re saying I need a lease agreement or a light bill in my name plus the other normal shyt.

I know why they want me to get a home bill because they want to be able to get my location when they run my license.

I will probably break down an get a new DL but I don’t need one.

I’m talking about a guy who is retired, besides all those spam calls skip tracing and people finding you happens mainly by looking up your driving records.

you get a speeding ticket that’s public record now anyone can find out where you live.

Rich people and celebrites either don’t use Drivers Licenses (whether they have a car or not) or they’re allowed to use say their business as their address depending on how big they are.

You’re not gonna find Jay-Z’s address by looking up his driver’s license.
