Going on 2 yrs. She gets anxiety easily and I told her no to this trip to Chicago because we just came back from Montreal and before that Baltimore, then we going back to Illinois in November then Jamaica in December and then a cruise in Feb. Breh I can talk with the Kings English and read a bed time story to her and she will.pick out a word or sentence that pisses her off or gets tight about it. The sound ,tone or deflection in my voice can be viewed as aggressive or disrespectful. She is sensitive as all he'llIt depends on the rapport you have established with her.

Then I'm like pick up the phone so we can talk but she in her feelings and running with what she believes she think I meant vs communicating and having open dialog.

Ah, so she real sensitive when you bring it up or address it anyway since all she can think on is you making fun of her despite that not being the case. Yeah, them the type of chicks I try my best to avoid 'cause by nature I stay clowning my friends and expect the same response back even if I got to be the butt of the joke for a few. With chicks it's a bit tricky, especially if they didn't get to know the type of dude that I am, but I've had to tell a few chicks that while I try my best never to make jokes on 'em outside of our immediate group of friends, they can't be getting sensitive if I call 'em a bytch playfully or at the very least, refer to 'em as "Woman" or "Lady" instead of their names when I'm playing around...and that's damn near all the time.
But you seem pretty invested in this chick, so I guess y'all gonna just have to talk it out if you haven't already or you'll just have to amend the way you talk to and with her; a move that would not sit too well with me, but you know how she is and how to deal with it despite flareups like this.
