the comparison is bad IMO as there are far more examples of athletes from college not developing pro skills than championship caliber coaches on one level failing in another. now I am not suggesting that this guy is automatically take the Cavs to the finals but he has an offensive identity and winning experience. the biggest concern for me is more the psychological differences in dealing with American pro players versus the European players he has experience with.
