This is like saying you can sleep and not get any rest.
Nobody sleeps to not get rest. Its retarded and doesn't make sense. You don't drink a beer to quench your thirst. You drink it to get drunk or buzzed.
Now over indulging is 2 different things entirely. But your trying to insinuate it was okay for Jesus to drink wine because he wasn't trying to get drunk. And we all know better.

Depending on the bad habits of the people in particular parts of the world determines sin. Facts be damned.
Also, in that particular wine passage, it says clearly they RAN OUT of wine. Im not about to add to what was written, but i can assume that if Jesus didn't like drinking, he wouldn't have made MORE for them to drink.
