No, it's not racist. It's God. How could you call it racist when he created all races? It's right there in the Scripture: I love whom I love and reject whom I reject. You could look no further than the Cain and Abel story. Abel's offering was accepted while Cain's was rejected. Look at Jacob and Esau. Jacob, even while deceitful, was favored over Esau (Esau gave up his birthright).

And even on a human level, a lot of people have children that they favor over others even if they don't admit it.
