No, the boys would get they ass whipped for wearing tight ass shirts and tight ass pants. Garden variety suburban cacs thinking they got sneakers and drip would also get beat up and robbed. The CDC has those stats and the most recent comprehensive study on 15-19 was 2015, otherwise it’s 10-24.

Yes. Its not like 1995 was the stone age. The kids would get a shock to their system but the music was better, you got sega and nintendo in their primes. All those nickelodeon characters that are on their jackets airing in real time. They'd probably like it.
