NAW but after the XCEL battle a nikka stock went up. I just havent been on my battle rap grind. I was going non stop from 2014-now around florida battling so this is the first extended break I've had. I was tryna finish up this mixtape first then hopefully get back into that battle bag. they were tryna book me for a miami card that Gully and Organik hosting but the names they were offering wasnt right. I'm miami raised so I want a home town battle soon (closest I've gotten is Lauderdale)...just want the right name...or at least one that makes sense

the problem is.. instead of actively participating & building in threads like they all do in Battle Zone, Tunnel & Lounge.. folks want their own shine in the Booth.. then, when it dont work out the way they want.. folks get to complaining how nobody dont fukk with new music/artists around here..

also.. just because a thread gets stickied.. dont mean its gonna pop-off like that.. thats why the sub-forums were created to begin with.. their for the more serious music heads.. The Booth, is basically the cover/first few pages of a magazine.. as with any good publication.. you gonna have to really look around it fully to see whats popping..

You make a good point, cuz even when the Tunnel was popping more, some nikkas would still just post up their music waiting for daps and comments without ever returning the favor when others would post up their shyt.

You'd have 5 or 6 threads with only a handful of replies because so many people share that same mentality where they care more about themselves than the collective. This is part of the reason the beat battles would fizzle out. Once someone got eliminated they'd stop participating and wouldn't even vote for their fellow brehs that were advancing.
