Being 3-5 in the Finals means Bron ain't better than MJ? Ok you can make that argument. But who else is in the GOAT convo where 3-5 is some shameful number? Bird and Magic played with HOF teammates literally their entire careers and not just one, they had whole lineups in the Hall and still lost 3 and 4 Finals respectively. Kareem? Same. What's stupid is people ignoring all context about the teams they were on. Bron has, IMO lost exactly 1 Finals where his team should've won or even could've won and that's the Mavs series. His teams had basically no shot in the others he lost. He was amazing in 15 and 17 and they lost in 5 and 6. He was great the first Cle Finals with that garbage team he dragged there but idiots somehow hold that against him

Lebron played with future hall of famers/all stars every finals after 2007 except 2015 when Kyrie and Love were injured. This nikka had Wade/Bosh/Kyrie/Love/Ray allen and soon I.T although it’s questionable how he’s going to play. That’s 3 future HOF(Wade, Ray, Bosh, Possibly Kyrie) two all stars(Kyrie, Love) and one more all star who’s coming back.

where does he fall in the all time list?

  • 3-6
  • no rings without super teams
  • dominated a terrible East his whole career
  • Can beat the Al Horford's and Atlanta Hawks of the world every year but when faced against competition he lost 6 finals
  • All time great regular season/padding stats player who continuesly came up short when it mattered most (I.e Peyton Manning)
Anyway to answer the question, I think he falls to th 9-10 range if he loses again

That'll be the narrative, and I like Lebron so hopefully he doesn't have to go through that

What do you mean “if”? :mjlol:

LeBron 2nd all time... he’ll get so much more respect once he retires. So many haters

if (and most likely) he loses say, 7 finals, that dont change nothin to u?

remember when Trump said he could stand on 5th ave and shoot his supporters, and it wouldnt change their support? LeBron stans are no different.

why is losing in the ECF seen as better than losing in the finals? The ECF loser is inherently worse than the ECF winner...it makes no sense to see a finals loss as worse than an ECF loss..
