N*ggas need to quit acting like Wale was some huge star before MMG, Ross saved that n*ggas career.

nikka wasn't a star but he was always nice wit it. His best work arguably was created before the Ross affiliation actually. He just needed nikkas to pay attention and Ross gave him the platform to make it happen.

I'm not saying he wasn't nice, he wasn't a STAR. NO matter how good you is, if you ain't getting no play you ain't gettin no pay.

idcare what y'all say. MMG makes dope music overall.

Stalley's last two mixtapes, Wales mixtapes and albums, Rick Ross's mixtapes, Meek's mixtapes, Gunplay, Omarion's mixtape>>>

This was when I started paying attention to Wale on Ashes to Ashes

and this was when I knew he was gonna be the best in MMG

Everyone thought Meek was the best on Volume 1 but I couldnt believe it. People just like to hate on Wale. Meek is good, dont get me wrong...but you can just tell who has the ability and content to make an album and who doesnt. Til this day, I swear Ambiiton is a 9/10 caliber album

Wwale is the only one with crossover appeal. He can make almost any kind of song. Rick ross has zero crossover appeal which is why he will never be bigger then he is. Aint nobody want to hear him make a lollipop type track.

But Stalley is getting no play WITH the MMG affiliation... :mjpls:

meh, i personally feel like Meek and Wale benefitted because they came in together and it was while the movement was beginning.last summer nikkas really anticipated Self Made and the songs/videos they were putting on n youtube were anthems that attracted the public.Stalley came in alone after all that shyt died down pretty much.

You cant act like Wale and Meek didnt get great exposure that song and more importantly they were able to craft their own anthems: I'm a Boss and Bait after they were introduced. Stalley came in relatively quietly in comparison and as we know doesnt have the most appeal to begin with. But to say he's trash is foolery.

I'll take tracks like Petrin Hill Peonies, Hammers & Vogues, Sound of Silence and Assassin over Meeks catalogue. I personally still play LWN without skipping a track, but outside of Traumatized i doubt I'll ever play another Meek Mill song ever again.

And Rick Ross would agree, I would bet good money that Rick Ross has a fit listening to LWN and shyt. He wouldnt sign Stalley if he was trash.
