New England had one TO left. :whew:

If Moss had put a little more effort to go up and get it, the Patriots likely take the game to OT or maybe even win it in regulation.

Brady should have thrown it earlier, but Moss' effort :mindblown:.

98 Moss would have grabbed that one.

Speak on it, brehs.

07 Moss grabs that one too he was catchin shyt like that the entire season, dude just gave a half ass effort on that play which he stayed doin on certain plays his whole career.:beli:

You should be fukking disgusted with yourself. In what world does a qb underthrowing a wr who has a step on TWO db's end up the wr's fault?
Randy Moss was running full speed down the field and turned the opposite direction to haul the underthrown ball in.

The laws of physics say that if he stopped and tried to jump he would've torn his ACL or stumbled and fell - and he damn near caught that ball.

Thats how Randy catches - he looks it in, and it looks effortless but its not at all. Brady underthrew that pass, no blame on Moss whatever, and it should've been the greatest SB play ever in the history of sports...but you can't blame Brady for not throwing a 100 yard pass either lol.

:stopitslime:Brady ain't underthrow him the throw wasn't perfect but it was good enough that was definitely Moss fault for usin alligator arms, he regularly stopped and jumped to catch passes goin up and gettin the ball at its highest point thruout his career he was even doin that durin that season so he was capable of doin it on that play.

It was certainly a half-assed effort, given what was on the line. You've got to fight for that ball.

He would have cemented himself as the GOAT WR had he made that play.

He'd made plenty like it before.

I bet when :beli: watched the tape on that play, he probably made that exact face!

Its crazy to me that people expect WRs to make super human efforts to catch anything that is thrown in their radius. Moss was running full speed, there was no "fighting" for that ball, either Brady throws it out front and let him run under it or he drops it in the basket, but to expect Randy to be able to turn, and jump, or even just jump and fight for that ball is asinine breh.

Exactly

He had too much momentum to stop that quick and jump back for the ball.

In all reality this is disrespectful to even the worst professional athlete.

Do you in your heart of hearts believe that Randy Moss, on a play with 10 seconds left in the Super Bowl he had been waiting his whole life to play, in his record breaking season with the ball in the air with a chance to make history just suddenly decided "Eh...it ain't worth it?"

I mean, to believe that over just believing that the DB an "amazing" play that he also gets paid millions of dollars to make by the way (and still got burnt even though he was 100 yards off lol) is just stupid.
