Not comfortable with a bunch of white people enjoying hanging a black man, even in a cartoon like format, not humorous to me. And not really necessary, surely there's other things to use to try humiliate your opponent. But I guess when your younger and in the heat of battle silly things go through your head.

Yeah, I think it would have been more damaging for Nas too. How does it REALY affect Jay? Anyone can do that shyt, your paying someone to make a replica and then a team to hang it, Jay could have done that too... 10 times over, but it doesn't really mean anything.

So many other things he could have done, even creative things to visually make an impact.

Out here in my damn drawls
I think it was an overreaction from hot97. I don't think it would have really had a negative impact on nas anymore than Shoot Em Up. White media is white media, if they want a problem they will find one regardless.

:aicmon: I'm sure the white media wouldn't have had a problem with Nas lynching a half monkey/half jay-z puppet

It wasn't an overreaction, the thought of it was digusting

Thats the thing who cares what white media thought. WE should not be hanging eachother. :why:

If hot97 Overreacted then hip hop in general failed. There should have been a huge backlash on nas
