Really do wish more people would try not fukking with FF. The first 6 or so months was weird, was having cravings, but Im over 3.5 years in now without any fast food. Im not going to pretend it was easy, because my eating habits were shyt back then, and I was really accustomed to buying that trash when I didnt feel like preparing food at home.

But the combination of increased health, and the money you save, and how much better you feel when you get your health together and bush that bullshyt is unmatched. After the first year its smooth sailing too, because you don't even have the cravings for it anymore. You can have a burger, just make that shyt at home. It will taste better and be far more healthy anyway. Not to mention less expensive. It's just a W all around.
