p3 blew me away when i played it. P4 was like just more of the same imo. Even the story wasn't as engrossing so the talk of it being the greatest thing ever is perplexing to me.

There were some great tracks in 3 though.The characters in P4 was better. Besides Aegis, the other characters were pretty meh.

The dungeons and gameplay additions in P4 was better(Tartarus anyone?? Non controllable allies?? Not being able to change equipment of characters outside of dungeons?)

The ONLY thing P3 that you could say is debatable is the story. Besides that, it's not seeing Persona 4 at all. I played Persona 3 FES and Persona 3 P and MAYBE if Persona 3 Portable was in the same vein as Persona 4 Golden it'd be an argument. Also I played Persona 3 FIRST so the "You played Golden first so that's why.." argument can't be played here. I played Persona 3P for a few hours, stopped it and then played Persona 3 FES up until you get to I think the moon boss where you save Fuuka in Tartarus. I then got stuck and just went on to play Persona 4. Much better game.

Square Enix may be considering a summer 2016 release date for Final Fantasy XV. A new questionnaire that went live on the official website today asks, ‘if Persona 5 and Final Fantasy XV came out at the same time, which would you prefer?’

Final Fantasy XV has only been officially announced for a 2016 release. A release date announcement will come during a presentation in March.
Persona 5 easily. P4G was one of the greatest JRPGS ever meanwhile the last FF games been mediocre.

I would get both and depending on the reviews that would decide which I play first. At this point Persona is a better series than Final Fantasy but I'd still be leaning towards playing XV first due to curiosity.

@Mowgli. I know you're a hardcore gamer and shyt, but I dunno if this would be up your alley. I'd say it's worth a shot though. I didn't like the FF15 demo though. Only FF game I've liked since X was Type 0 and that shyt wasn't really a normal FF game

I guess it comes down to your style of music you prefer. 3 soundtrack was great but IMO Persona 4s ending song was the GOAT song ever.
