I`m talking about the media and the fans, and best believe the media and the fans don't go as hard at Romo or Cutler as they should. And believe it or not, the media and the fans do have some influence on decision makers

They usually get excuses or some type of consolation for their failures.

You said they'd be out of a job if they were black.

The media and fans can apply pressure but they don't get to control who starts. It's still up to the team in the end.

Also, the hilarious thing about Romo and Cutler is they both make the list whenever there's a vote for NFL's most hated players (voted by fans and players). No one likes them. The media also shyts on them a ton, even if they do make excuses as well.
