This actually happened to me at school

Kid spit on my jersey and I took off on him without even saying anything. Laid his ass out and had his eye looking like the end of Rocky 1

That shyt is too personal to let slide

I would've been PISSED if I couldn't get those doors open and the train left.

I thought that would happen at the end if he couldn't get those doors open and train left but I'm glad he got out and beat the shyt out of him.

My issue is the nikkaz filming it....The head bussing was warranted but that footage can be used against him. If u co sign him handing out the beating then turn the camera off in his favor dont help the cops. What if dude got up and walked away? If he got up and walked away there's no incident even if its caught on subway surveillance........But uploading that shyt will have police go "Lets put this on the news" and now something that he walked away from that wasnt an incident is now on the news blown up as an incident.

this is tricky cause at least they have proof on camera that the guy spit on him and also the dudes behind the camera were saying he spit on that dude so at the very least that was proof.

Crime or not, i never feel sorry for the victims in situations like this. If you didn't spit on he probably wouldn't have done that and It's easy not to spit on people.

Yeah but the law will work against him because at that point he was supposed to alert the authorities and file charges for assault. In that case the footage woulda been in his favor. My son went to jail for something similiar and the lawyer said "your son set himself up for failure once he took the law in his own hands."

Thats why i have issue with the ones filming that shyt and then uploading it. Worse case scenerio....Dude dies from head trauma....He's going to prison, regardless of getting spit in the face.
