-Germany would essentially be the center of the world after defeating its enemies: militarily, economically, and politically
-Exterminate or sterilize those deemed undesirables inside Germany (war vets, invalids, old people, Gypsies, Jews, mentally ill, etc.)
-Incorporate Nordic/Aryan/Germanic peoples into Greater Germany (Dutch, Danes, Norwegians, Austrians, Luxembourgers, German Belgians, German French, German Czechs, German Poles) and exterminate the rest deemed undesirable or use them as slave labor for the time being
-Encourage German men to have lots of children with German women to create more Aryan/Germanic/Nordic children and greatly increase the Aryan population; related to the next point
-Exterminate those deemed undesirables in Eastern Europe (primarily Jews and Slavs in the western USSR) and/or use them as slave labor, take over their lands and colonize them with German and Germanic settlers (primarily the western USSR and Ukraine); the conquest of the USSR would serve to sustain Germany and its growing Germanic peoples and prepare Germany for war with the United States
-Britain and Western and Southern continental Europe not ruled by Italy would essentially be impotent vassal states with those deemed undesirable purged
-The United States & Canada would most likely follow that of Britain and Western Europe as being an impotent vassal state with those deemed undesirable purged (being Black, you'd most likely be dead or sterilized and used as some sort of slave labor left to slowly die); any Germanic peoples there would be brought back home to the Reich; the same would presumably have been done with most of South America not attained by Japan
-Take over the African continent and create a huge colonial empire; the Blacks there would follow the same path of Blacks in America
