this moves are good to prevent you from being able to get mounted like that but did not show how to escape from someone who has your armed pinned down with their knees, there is no escape for that its over, you don't even have the center of gravity to get out of that, a woman can pin a man down like that if she's sitting on your chest with the knees pinning the arms
There are escapes but again its
advanced movement thats difficult to describe. I'll do my best. Escaping this position requires an effective bridge. Lets move beyond the fact that you should never be in this position and if you get put in this position you are probably not trained well enough to escape it because otherwise, you would have never been put in this position.

PLACING BOTH YOUR KNEES ON A MANS ARMS IS AN UNSTABLE TECHNIQUE TO USE AGAINST A BRAZILLIAN JIUJITSU ARTIST. YOU ARE NOT SECURE HERE
Bring your feet together, knees up
Bridge and walk the back of your heels under your butt as far as you can go (pause) You should be on the balls of your feet and sitting on the back of your heels (pause)
From his position, with an effective bridge you can put all of your body weight on the back of your shoulders. (compare a flat footed bridge with your feet out in front of you to the bridge i described) What you notice here is you can get your entire body from the waist past the chest off the ground. You are causing your opponent to have to maintain balance sitting on a decline.
As the man is initiating the strike, this is when you use the bridge and put everything behind it to bump the man forward. Because of the placement of the aggressors legs the man is bumped forward even though he is sitting on your chest with his knees on your arms.
He will have to plant his hands on the ground to avoid faceplanting and from here he will have to sit up again to regain posture so he can continue slapping you, (but unfortunately he can also keep one hand planted on the ground an just punch you in the side of the face/head but because of the fact the majority of his weight is now on the ground over your head there is less pressure keeping you pinned to the ground with the knees.
This allows you to initiate out he back door escapes and take his back while he tries to recover his posture.

In another variable the bridge will cause him to just slide down instead of falling forward
As he bumps forward his weight will transfer even higher, literally his fukking dikk or balls will be in your face. Teabagged.
What this does is give you the ability to slide your arms down his leg so the area where his foot meets his ankle.
You can then reach up and grab his thigh which now anchors the back of his foot to his own body
From here a bridge to the left or to the right will dump him to the side you choose and he will have to plant his hand on the ground to avoid falling over.
If he plants his arm
If you have good hip movement you will literally dump him on his butt and take top position
Think about it like this. In order to remain heavy you have to sit up but if you do that you can get rolled so you need to hunker down and have a wide base using your arms.
But the downside of this is that your weight is now distributed in two points which gives you a weaker mount.
Id say try out what i said and notice that im right.
