All of the cheating and murder took a lot of shine off the pats...no matter what they do people will just assume they cheated...
I don't really even consider them a football team anymore...more of just a criminal organization who's storefront is football...
Nothing right now is more annoying than seahawks and warriors fans...two of the most irrelevant teams in their respesctive sports pretty much since their inception...both won one title for the first time in forever...both fan bases act like their team is all time something...
Especially the Warriors...one fukking title after a 40 year drought...and every week during the season it was some thread about how this warriors team was something special...
Somebody made a thread called "have we seen a team like this years warriros"...fukk yeah we have...because we are fan bases of other teams that actuall win titles...but i guess the person who made that thread hadn't...due to the fact the team hadn't won shyt for 40 fukking years...

Funny thing is...everything that cats say they love about football, except for the regional thing, is embodied by the Patriots. If you the type that has to root for the home team, I get it. That is commendable to a point but my thing is cats swear they root for teams that embody excellence, they swear the root for the underdog, they swear they root for great stories...all of those you find in the Patriots.
In 2015, you expose yourself as a SportsCenter fan by bringing up trash like Spygate/DeflateGate etc because real sports fans know the kinds of things that go on in pro sports to get an edge. Anything goes folks. It's all about winning and $$$...decades ago we have dynasties that later admitted to the very same things cats bash the Patriots for. We know Parcells taped teams' practices, we know Jimmy Johnson alluded to doing it as well and we know about him sending team personnel into opposing teams' hotel rooms looking for playbooks, we know Bill Cowher knew about it going on during his tenure in Pittsburgh...we know about Walsh cutting off the communication system to opponents' sidelines...we know about the silicone spray on Raiders' DL jerseys, we know about Jerry Rice's admitting to using stickum...and on and on and on...
If you are an "underdog" rooter...why don't you root for the Patriots? A team chock full of left-behinds, castaways and no-names who came together to be great. Tom Brady's story is among the best in all of sports history. I am a Pats fan because I went to Michigan, Brady was the guy...when he got drafted, I chose the Pats.
