We've already seen him break from Trump before, wanting to ignore much of the shyt that happens outside of the US, so I can see him pulling back from some of that. He also has to worry about re-election so he would either be all in trying to rig shyt or not have the balls/pride to do it and end up getting screwed over by Trump's policies.
