black folks can't be blamed since biden clenched the nomination early with majority black support.

kanye west can be blamed since republicans know they can't steal and switch black votes to give to trump because it would be noticeably suspicious. they can switch electronic votes in states where kanye name appears on the ballot and can be seen as a "plausible" reason as to why black voters didn't vote for biden.
