If/when Trump loses, how much damage will he do in his final 2 months?

Honestly I don't think he will do much since he will be blaming the Republicans for his loss. . He doesn't give a shyt about the legacy of the courts, or conservative values so I don't think he pulls out any last minute stunts. He only cares about keeping his money and family and friends out of jail. He'll write pardons for them and call it a day.

I don't know about all that.

For the last four years pretty much every Republican not named Romney has been completely subservient to Trump.

Bc their pockets havent been touched. Anytime thie rmoney was threatened, Trump fixed that shyt within a week.

They wont let him go fully nuclear bc they dont want to lose their money

I don’t think he does much of anything. The republicans were all afraid of his base turning on them. If Trump gets wiped out and the Republicans lose the senate and extra house seats. The new game will be to rush to shyt on Trump. So he won’t get the protection he’s had. And a New Democratic Congress would get sworn in about 17 days prior to the end of his term. They could theoretically impeach him again, just because they felt like it. And then have actual witnesses. They wouldn’t convict him, but it could literally be 2 weeks of impeachment hearings with every republican eager to distance themselves from Trump.

I actually think there's a small chance that if Trump loses the election he might resign a couple days later so he doesn't have to deal with the transition to a Democrat President. Legislatively, Trump can't do anything due to the House being controlled by Dems (until 1/3) and laws originating from there. The only things he could really do would be pardons/commuting sentences (won't have an affect on any laws), executive orders (will be seen as a joke and probably reversed if Biden takes office), and trying to force judicial nominees through the senate at an accelerated pace.
