If/when Trump loses, how much damage will he do in his final 2 months?

I actually think there's a small chance that if Trump loses the election he might resign a couple days later so he doesn't have to deal with the transition to a Democrat President. Legislatively, Trump can't do anything due to the House being controlled by Dems (until 1/3) and laws originating from there. The only things he could really do would be pardons/commuting sentences (won't have an affect on any laws), executive orders (will be seen as a joke and probably reversed if Biden takes office), and trying to force judicial nominees through the senate at an accelerated pace.

Or he could drag the election results out in courts. Especially if it’s close.

No chance in hell he resigns IMO...

He will 100% fight the election result and try to find a way to stay in office...

Throughout his cheap suit con man career, he has been very good at using the courts to stall and during his presidency he has packed them with his judges...

The biggest threat by far though is his moron klan base, if he calls on them, which he will, I can see them showing up armed to "defend murikkka"...

Could be the case if he loses a state or two, but if trump loses decisively (say Biden getting over 320 electoral votes), then his case gets even flimsier, which even his Trumpanzee judges wouldn't be able to justify going through with.

Probably the biggest concern I have with Trump losing is the Senate going scorched earth, especially if Repubs lose control of the senate.

:ohlawd:The fear mongering continues.
I thought it was just a rural hick thing when Obama was in office, but I see its the new norm when the other side is in office.

serious question... are you trying to equate trump's rhetoric and conduct with obama's rhetoric and conduct......? no trolling, i'm truly curious if that is seriously what you're trying to do here....

No im equating liberal fear mongering to conservative fear mongering.
Many of the narratives thrown out are completely absurd.

I thought conservatives were the more ridiculous of the two... but I was wrong. Both sides are equally ridiculous.

but trump's rhetoric and conduct are far more confrontational than obama's... when did obama ever say in the past protesters would be sent out in a stretcher....? it's not unreasonable to suggest the chaos president would create chaos...

there’s a cap on that too. He’d only have until the electoral college votes, which is in early December. It’s how they stopped the recount in Bush v Gore.

he will have the senate on his side. They will find away to drag that shyt out. Especially if they loose the senate as well.

The Trump Klan base never showed up back in the riots last month when he asked then to back in "MAGA Night", and at best, they gonna fall back if that same intensity shows up.

There are liberals running around saying he will remain in office after losing, continuing to run the country with the powers he's vested in himself...:mjlol:
Come on...

Oh and how much cotton have you picked under Trump?
