Game changer advise for me was doing reverse kegels :whew: Gave me control over busting like the avatar got control over the elements

You mean reverse kegels? Yeah, much better than normal kegels.

Normal kegels is more so an emergency measure, like it allows you to cheat once or twice if you're past your point of no return... But that's no use if you about to bust quick anyway.

Reverse kegels really be keeping it at bay regardless of how excited you are. To the point you can get softer if you're not paying attention. Those one make you last for real but they were trickier too learn, especially in certain positions

With the two techniques you got an arsenal that makes you master your shyt like crazy

You find the muscles for sure first and how to activate it (the muscle is on the gooch :dame:, you can feel it tighten when you flex it and expand when you relax it), you do sessions where you alternate between reverse (relaxing) and normal (flexing) for a couple seconds each and work yourself up from that. Don't overdo it though, it's a muscle. Plenty tutorials online.

The movement for reverse kegels was much trickier for me than normal. While normal feels a little bit like holding yourself from pissing, reverse is the opposite, it feels similar to pissing/farting without doing it. I couldn't do it without flexing my abs or while breathing at the beginning.

Once you got the hang of it practice during different positions or even fapping and you'll see how that works

Been doing a variation of this but didn't know it was a real thing. bout to try this on a new joint this weekend will report back.
