Just started bouldering and calisthenics regularly for about a month now and I've become obsessed.
Great alternative for people that don't like going to the gym. I've always been active; playing soccer, running and cycling but I could never get into strength training at the gym, just couldn't get the motivation to go on a regular basis.

cause there's bare kids climbing the walls like it's nothing, but a lot of older folks at the climbing gym as well, which doesn't make me feel too bad. It's also cool seeing young black folks getting into it (gen z).
Definitely give it a shot if the gym ain't your thing, only thing is, is that's it's a bit expensive to get into.
