It's gonna be interesting to see what this dudes impact on both Hip-Hop and society as a whole is in about 5 years or so. His movement sort of reminds me of Tom Green back in the day( I don't know why when Tom Green had the umbilical cord taped to his stomach in 'Freddie Got Fingered' it was funny, but it was), low quality entertainment, funny nonetheless.

The genius of the whole thing is that he doesn't have to offer us any type of explanation or justification for his Tourette's-like spewing of nonsensical data because the beats are ill and his fanbase gives meaning to everything he says. He could 'freestyle' about rabbit food and the audience will identify the hidden positive messages on queue as if they knew it was gonna go over the rest of our heads. It's like watching the a bad infomercial.

There's a message there for those of us who aren't 'based', wonder if anyone else has caught on to what I've noticed.
